Support Groups

Finding Strength, Hope, and Healing Together

What We Offer

Our support groups are designed to meet people where they are — offering understanding, friendship, and spiritual support in a confidential setting.
We offer:

  • Faith-Based Support: Groups centred on prayer, Scripture, and mutual encouragement.

  • Life Journey Groups: Support for those navigating grief, illness, relationship changes, or other significant life transitions.

  • Recovery and Wellness: Opportunities to find hope and strength in overcoming personal struggles and building healthy rhythms of life.

  • Connection and Belonging: A welcoming environment where you can be open, supported, and uplifted.

Our Approach

We believe that everyone’s story matters, and no one should face life alone.
Our support groups are led by caring, trained volunteers who walk alongside others with empathy and faith. Together, we seek to bring healing through:

  • Honest conversation

  • Shared prayer

  • Practical encouragement

  • God’s transforming grace

Every meeting is confidential, respectful, and rooted in love.
